Red Notice is an action-comedy thriller film produced, written, and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. The film starts with the scene of 2000 years ago between a Roman general and the Egyptian Queen, Cleopatra.
Cleopatra receives three bejeweled eggs as a wedding gift from the Roman general named Mark Antony. These eggs are given as a token of the general’s affection. The eggs are misplaced over the course of history until a farmer in 1907 unearths two of them; nevertheless, the third egg continues to be missing.
The story then fast forwards to the present time, in 2021, and John Hartley, a criminal profiler for the FBI, has been tasked with assisting Urvashi Das, an agent for Interpol.
At the Museo Nazionale di Castel Sant Angelo in Rome, one of the eggs on display is purportedly stolen, and they are ordered to investigate the case. And so, now joining an even bigger league, an Interpol agent is on a mission to capture the most notorious art thief in the world.
